Training

Training is a fundamental pillar with regard to ensuring the health and safety of people, property and facilities. Whether you are trying to meet your legal obligations in terms of safety in your industry, or develop your teams’ skills and competencies in order to avoid risks on a day-to-day, training can provide the necessary information to fulfill various of your health and safety needs. Regardless of the type of training you require, our teams are on hand to develop training programmes that are best suited to your needs and those of your teams.
The Apave Group has been a leader in health and safety training for over 150 years, and its local teams guarantee that long-standing experience and expertise here in Vietnam.

Apave has designed practical training programmes adapted to the needs of participants, and various organisations, and businesses.

Training programmes are focused on enhanced interactions between trainees and trainers, that help trainees easily absorb knowledge and apply them in the reality of their organisations, and in real-life settings.

In Vietnam, Apave has designed and developed:

  • 132 training-related subjects.
  • 5 career-related training courses for Human Resources Directors, Quality Directors, Production Directors, Human resources development and Training Directors, and HSE Directors.

Kinds of training:

  • In-house training
  • Public training

All training courses can be tailored to best suit your needs.

In-house training process

The in-house training process allows Apave to meet each of the individual needs of its customers. In order to ensure that customers receive a training that is best suited to their reality, Apave individually analyses the needs as expressed by the customer thanks to an in-depth look into expressed issues, expectations and prerequisites. With its long-established expertise in the area of training, the Apave teams understand that each customer’s circumstances are unique and deserve an approach that is tailor-made. Depending on customer demands, industry-related specifications, and any applicable regulations, Apave will develop a training programme that ensures your teams develop the necessary skills that will guarantee the highest levels of health and safety, and thus manage your risks allowing you to improve your performance in the long-term.

Training is conducted at the customer site or one of the many local Apave sites, with many courses providing a large practical-component which enables trainees to get hands-on experience under the watchful eyes of our experienced teams. Every training programme ends with an evaluation of the course by the customer and trainees, which presents Apave with direct feedback allowing for a continuous improvement approach.

Public training process

For those looking for a suitable and cost-effective solution for developing the skills of their teams, public training may be the perfect option. Public training offers less adaptation compared to in-house training, while still ensuring that it meets the needs of the customer. Public training programmes are often set up in advance and open to trainees from different backgrounds and different companies, which provide a good opportunity for networking in addition to the training itself.
Despite the format of public training courses, the trainers will do their best to understand the trainees individual needs and optimise the programme and deliver the content of the course in a way that is most adapted to the trainees present, while still maintaining a standardised course content for all participants.
